| Skanska sells residential project in Stockholm, Sweden Skanska, one of Sweden's largest construction companies, has signed an agreement to sell part of the property Generatorn 2 in Stockholm, Sweden, to HEBA Fastighets AB. The value of the transaction totals SEK 421 M. The sale will be recorded for Skanska Sweden in the fourth quarter 2014 and the transfer of the property is scheduled for summer 2017, when the property is completed. The deal includes construction of four apartment buildings with 184 apartments and 1,460 square meters of floor space. The property is located next to the Flemingsberg commuter rail station.
