| Park Vera in Ankara has opened After a construction period of two years, Park Vera Shopping Center in the Turkish capital Ankara opened this morning. On four levels, it comprises 75 specialist stores, restaurants, cafés, a children's play area, and a cinema with 6 halls on a leasable area of 40,000 m². Together, Park Vera and the neighboring Acity shopping center constitute one unique retail destination with an overall leasable area of 79,000 m² and approx. 240 shops. The major highlights of Park Vera: The shops are spacious and often comprise two floors. Therefore, many tenants have opened their largest stores in Ankara at Park Vera. Furthermore, along the arterial road "Istanbul Yolu", Park Vera is the only shopping center which features modern fashion retailers. Among others, H&M, Jack&Jones, and Vero Moda debut in this part of Ankara. Strong national fashion labels, such as Koton, DeFacto, Derimod, Mavi Jeans, Colin's, and Loft, are also among the tenants. Beğendik, the most successful supermarket chain in Ankara, also opens a branch at Park Vera. It is one of the anchor tenants of the center and comprises a "shop-in-shop" concept in the shape of an integrated food court. A total of 2,500 parking spaces are available for visitors arriving by car. The investor of the project is Başkent A.Ş.
