| Tulipan House obtained BREEAM In-Use Certificate Tulipan House office building in Warsaw's Mokotów, owned by a German investor Commerz Real, has obtained BREEAM In-Use certificate, which confirms the application of environmentally-friendly and energy-saving solutions. The building was granted BREEAM In-Use certificate "Very Good" level in Asset Rating (building) and "Excellent" level in Building Management (the quality of management). Savills' property management team has been managing Tulipan House for nearly 2 years now and Savills' office agency team is a sole letting agent for the building. Tulipan House has a total of 17,895 sq m of leasable area and it is located in the heart of the Mokotów District at 50 Domaniewska Street, within five minutes walking distance to the leading shopping centre Galeria Mokotów. The building has attracted a number of prestigious tenants including Huawei, Teleperformance, ACP Pharma and Client & Friends. Tulipan House is a winner of The Office of The Year, Tenant's Award 2013, granted by Eurobuild, a leading real estate magazine in the CEE region. In the questionnaire, the tenants were rating such aspects of the building as location, functionality, comfort, architecture, rental rates and property management services.
