| Changes in the Skanska Senior Executive Team Mike McNally, Executive Vice President Skanska, responsible for the U.S. constructions units Skanska USA Civil and Skanska USA Building, will retire from Skanska by the end of year 2014. Mike McNally will be succeeded as of January 1, 2015, by Richard Cavallaro who is currently Business Unit President Skanska USA Civil. Karin Lepasoon, Executive Vice President Skanska, with responsibility for the strategy and Group Staff functions, leaves the Skanska Senior Executive Team, SET, as of today, for family reasons. Karin will continue as strategic support to Johan Karlström, President and CEO, Skanska, until the end of 2014 when she leaves Skanska.
