| Ferrovial awarded two water infrastructure maintenance contracts Amey, a Ferrovial Services subsidiary, has landed the contract to install, repair and maintain water meters for UK company Severn Trent Water for a three-year period, with an option to extend for another three years. Amey will also undertake the design and execution of developer services across Severn Trent Water's entire network. The contracts are worth a combined 100 million pounds (123 million euro). Amey, a subsidiary of Spanish infrastructure group Ferrovial Services, has been awarded two contracts by UK company Severn Trent Water, worth 100 million pounds in total (close to 123 million euro). Under the first contract, which is for three years with a possible three-year extension, Amey will install, repair and maintain the company's water meter network. Amey has also been appointed as the design and build partner to provide developer services, including new connections and meters and the design and construction of new water mains. These contracts enable Amey to strengthen its relationship with Severn Trent.
