| SPIE UK awarded 2nd phase of Stansted Airport’s Terminal Transformation project SPIE, the independent European leader in electrical and mechanical engineering and HVAC services, energy and communication systems, has announced that its Building Services division has been awarded the second phase of the Terminal Transformation project at Stansted Airport. The project will see SPIE UK providing services infrastructure to 46 new retail outlet units, which will be completed over three phases. The Building Services team will provide construction, mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing services to the retail spaces, as part of phase two of Stansted's £80m redevelopment plan to transform the existing space and provide travellers with a first class retail experience.
