| New Wellness Centre at Yan Chai Hospital tops out, Hong Kong The new Wellness Centre at Yan Chai Hospital in Hong Kong has successfully topped out. Mott MacDonald is building services consultant on the project, with Llewelyn-Davis Hong Kong acting as lead architectural consultant. The health resource and primary care centre will deliver community-based health care services and offer one-stop integrated services. It will provide family medicine, maternal and child, adolescent, community nursing and dental services, while a specialist care centre offering outpatient services including multi-rehabilitation and traditional Chinese medicines will also be available. Mott MacDonald is providing a range of engineering consultancy services on the project, including heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, electrical, lighting, fire, public health, drainage, security and telecommunications.
