| BAM to build hotel in Cikarang, Indonesia BAM International, the operating company of Royal BAM Group active outside of Europe, has been awarded a contract to build the J-Hotel in Cikarang, approximately fifty kilometres east of Jakarta, Indonesia. The contract value of this project for owner PT Gunawan Tarikino Venture Hotelindo amounts to €6 million (IDR 98.5 billion). Project completion is scheduled for October 2015. The three-star-plus hotel will feature seven floors comprising approximately 100 guest rooms and 100 studio apartments. It will include a basement for utilities and car park, a ground floor with lobby, reception and office rooms, as well as an upper floor for restaurant, kitchen and fitness center. The total building area comprises 12,000 m2.
