| BAM announces new appointment  During the Annual General Meeting of 23 April 2014 the Supervisory Board of Royal BAM Group nv will propose, on the basis of a binding nomination, that Mr E.J. Bax, MBA is appointed as a member of the Executive Board for a period of four years. The nomination is supported by the central works council.Mr Bax (56) is currently managing director of CRH Europe Products & Distribution, a division of CRH plc, an international leader for production and distribution of building materials. CRH is active in approximately 35 countries, employs approximately 75,000 people and its shares are listed in London, Dublin and New York. With effect of 23 April 2014 the Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv will therefore consist of Mr N.J. de Vries (chairman), Mr E.J. Bax, Mrs T. Menssen (CFO), Mr M.J.
