| Ruukki's steel frame for large shopping centre to be built in Samara  Ruukki is to deliver a technically complex steel frame for the Gud-OK shopping centre, which is to be built in Samara in the Volzhsky District in Russia. When completed, the centre will have a total area of 244,850 square metres. The order is worth around EUR 8 million. When completed, the shopping centre complex will also house a cinema and restaurant and office space. Other auxiliary space and parking facilities for a total of 3,500 vehicles will be built in conjunction with the shopping centre. The steel frame will be manufactured at Ruukki's plant in Obninsk, Russia and construction work on the shopping centre is scheduled to start in autumn this year."The several orders we have received in recent years in the Samara area tell about customer confidence in us.
