| D3 wins contract for the Troissereux bypass north of Paris On January 13, 2014, D3 Société de la déviation de Troissereux, a consortium formed for the Troissereux bypass including Colas Nord-Picardie (a Colas company), DTP Terrassement and Bouygues TP Régions France (Bouygues Construction companies), and LIRI (100% indirect subsidiary of HICL Infrastructure Company Limited, a London Stock Exchange listed investment company), signed a 25-year PPP (Public-Private Partnership) contract with the Conseil Général de l'Oise, to finance, design, build, maintain and operate the Troissereux bypass. Slated to last 35 months, the work will be performed by a building consortium involving project leader Colas Nord-Picardie (34%), Bouygues TP Régions France (33%) and DTP Terrassement (33%). This will include the construction of a 7-km section of 2-lane road, 4 engineering structures as well as a 275-meter long cut-and-cover tunnel, for an initial investment of 62 million euros.
