Hines Director of Property Management Rob Bridges said, "1001 McKinney has been a strong performer for decades and we are extremely pleased that Silverpeak Real Estate Partners and Cameron Management see the value in our comprehensive property management services. Finn. 1001 McKinney is 79 percent leased to a prestigious tenant roster including: Conley Rose, P.C.; Kelley, Kronenberg, Gilmartin, Fichtel, Wander, Bamdas, Eskalyo & Dunbrack, P.A.; McGlinchey Stafford PLLC; Shannon, Martin, Finkelstein & Alvarado, P.C.; and Thorpe Petroleum Corporation. Hines' Nicole Boudreau will serve as the on-site property manager. write your comments about the article :: © 2013 Construction News :: home page |
