Connects to stretchers for safe and efficient patient evacuation

Capital Safety, home of the DBI-SALA and PROTECTA brands of fall protection equipment has announced the launch of their new DBI-SALA Rollgliss Technical Rescue Bridle. The new Rescue Bridle allows rescue personnel to safely and efficiently rig a rescue stretcher with a rated lifting bridle that allows both a vertical and horizontal lifting capacity. Constructed with easy glide adjustable buckles and ergonomically friendly easy grip tabs on each leg, the Rescue Bridle allows for easy adjustment of the stretcher to the required position, providing the best angle for patient comfort and/or the individual rescue scenario.

"The bridle is ideal for use by emergency services in both industrial and technical rope rescue applications and environments," said Ashley Campbell, National Training & Rescue Manager for Capital Safety. "The bridle gives the attendant the opportunity to either 'in ride' or 'out ride', depending on their particular requirements."

Available in three models, one without karabiner connections allowing you to use your existing hardware, and two with different sized karabiners that allow connection to a variety of stretcher makes and models to safely and efficiently evacuate or rescue and injured person in stretcher recovery operations. The integral rigging bridle head allows for several simultaneous connections, ensuring neat, tangle free and organised lines when conducting twin rope rescue operations.
