T8 18W Ultra LED tube is now DLC listed and available in 4 CCT

GREEN CREATIVE announced the DLC listing of its T8 18W Ultra LED tube. Part of GREEN CREATIVE'S recently launched LED tube line, the T8 18W Ultra is GREEN CREATIVE'S high-performance tube. Featuring an efficacy >110 LPW in a frosted finish and a 50,000-hour lifetime, this product meets the DesignLights Consortium's (DLC) strict quality and efficacy requirements for commercial lighting solutions in all 4 color temperatures: 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K. Emitting 2000 lumens with just 18W, the T8 Ultra tube is one of the most energy-efficient LED tubes available today. This high efficacy means replacing traditional 32W fluorescent tubes with LEDs finally provides end users with worthwhile savings. The ROI increases when you factor in that all GREEN CREATIVE tubes run off of line voltage (120-277V), so no ballast upkeep is necessary. This makes owning, operating, and maintaining these tubes easier, and eliminates compatibility problems, lifetime issues, power loss, and maintenance costs frequently associated with ballasts.

The T8 18W Ultra utilizes a built-in driver and runs off a single-ended connection for safe installation. The tube meets UL 1598C classification, ensuring fixtures installed with GREEN CREATIVE tubes retain their original UL compliance.

GREEN CREATIVE LED tubes house both the heat sink and light engine inside a frosted diffusing tube. The unique construction allows the LEDs to sit low in the tube and produce a wider beam angle than traditional LED tubes. The T8 18W Ultra has a light emitting area of 240° and produces an even glow without glare or shadowing. This DLC listed tube comes in 4 different color temperatures: 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K.

Also included in GREEN CREATIVE'S T8 line is the T8 18W Standard version. This tube features the same advanced wide beam angle construction as the Ultra and comes in 4 color temperatures as well.
