| Management appointments BAM International and BAM Civiel The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv intends to appoint Mr W.R. Remmelts as director of BAM International with effect from 1 February 2014. Wouter Remmelts (53) is since 2001 director of BAM Civiel. He started his career in 1986 and has since then worked in the United States, Brunei, Egypt and Libya. From 1 February 2014 the management of BAM International therefore consists of Mr G.K. Mazloumian, chairman, Mr M.R. Bellamy and Mr W.R. Remmelts. The Executive Board intends also to appoint Mr M. Smitt as director of BAM Civiel with effect from 1 February 2014. Martijn Smitt (45) is currently director of Strukton Civiel. He has been employed by Strukton for more than twenty years, including eight years as director. Since 2009 Mr Smitt is in the Board for the trade organisation for the Dutch construction industry, Bouwend Nederland. From 1 February 2014 the management of BAM Civiel therefore consists of Mr J.B.
