| Salini, Impregilo acquire approximately 40% stake in the Copenhagen Metro project Italian builder Salini has finalised the purchase from Tecnimont Civil Construction S.p.A., controlled by Maire Tecnimont S.p.A., of approximately 40% of the Cityringen metro project in Copenhagen, Denmark, for a value of approximately €15 million, leaving Tecnimont Civil Construction S.p.A. with a reduced stakeholding. This transaction, formally finalised by Salini, follows the termination by mutual agreement of the agreement signed by Impregilo and Tecnimont Civil Construction S.p.A. relating to the purchase of the above-mentioned stake by Impregilo, as announced by same on 17 June 2013; said termination followed in-depth investigations conducted by the parties.
