Jürgen Tinggren is to be proposed for election to the Board of Directors of Schindler Holding AG at the Annual Shareholder Meeting of March 17, 2014. He is foreseen to join the Executive Committee of the Board. The Board of Directors has decided to appoint Silvio Napoli as CEO of the Schindler Group as of January 1, 2014.
