| Ferrovial to build the expansion of the Warsaw University of Technology Budimex, the Polish subsidiary of Ferrovial Agroman, has been chosen by Warsaw University of Technology to build the Central Laboratory and the Innovation and Technology Transfer Centre, together worth 319 million zlotys (about 75 million euro). The new Central Laboratory, which will cost approximately 65 million euro, will have more than 33, 000 square metres of floor space spread over four floors, in addition to a three-storey office block and a three-storey car park. Construction is scheduled to be finished in 2015. The company has also been tapped to build the new Innovation and Technology Transfer Centre. The project, worth approximately 10 million euro, comprises a seven-storey building with a total floor area of 12,000 square metres. Founded in 1826, Warsaw University of Technology is Poland's largest third-level centre for engineering and applied science.
