Co. addresses common causes of heat stress — high heat and limited airflow — and can reduce temperatures under the hood by up to 8°F. A fan in the helmet's new headgear, provides directional airflow over the head and face to evacuate hot, stagnate air and encourage more rapid sweat evaporation. Strategically placed air vents reduce lens fogging to increase a welder's visibility.
