| Skanska sells the Gröna Skrapan office property in Gothenburg, Sweden Skanska sells the office property Gröna Skrapan in Gothenburg, Sweden, for SEK 617 M, which will be booked in the second quarter of 2013. The buyer is a company related to Stena Fastigheter which will take possession of the property during the third quarter. The property is attractively located next to E6/E20 in Gårda and comprises about 17,000 square meters, with tenants such as Skanska, Gunnebo, Apply Emtunga and Hitta.se. The 16-storey landmark is the result of Skanska's journey to green and it is one of the first office projects in the Nordic countries that have been certified at the highest level, Platinum, according to the international environmental certification system LEED. The property is also EU GreenBuilding certified. In 2012, Gröna Skrapan received the Sweden Green Building Award in the LEED New Construction category as a project with exemplary environmental performance.
