| Jacobs to improve London’s road networks Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced that its joint venture with the Eurovia Group received a contract from Transport for London (TfL) to provide maintenance and improvement services on its road network in seven boroughs in North East London, United Kingdom. Officials did not disclose the contract value, but noted that the contract duration is for an eight year period beginning April 1, 2013. Under the terms of the contract, the joint venture team is delivering highway construction, maintenance and design services. Jacobs' primary role is as the lead professional planner and designer.
