| Hochtief Solutions expands facility management for Mercedes-Benz  Hochtief Solutions is to remain responsible for technical facility management at the production halls and administration buildings of the Mercedes-Benz plant in Bremen. The contract between the two companies has now been renewed and expanded. It was agreed that no details of the contract volume would be disclosed.Hochtief Solutions thus continues to expand the high-end services that it provides to the automobile manufacturer. To date Hochtief Solutions has been responsible for the North plant in Bremen; the new contract brings in the South plant as well. Apart from several facilities in the Greater Stuttgart area, the company is also responsible for technical facility management at two climate wind tunnels in Sindelfingen. The Essen-based service provider has already been operating at the Bremen plant for a number of years. The Mercedes-Benz facility in Bremen has an area of over 1.5 million square meters and is thus one of Mercedes-Benz's biggest car manufacturing plants worldwide. Hochtief Solutions operates the plant's demanding technical building systems as well as parts of the production technology. The company is also responsible for the distribution of production media and energy. The service provider is on call 24 hours a day and will deliver the fastest possible response times.
