| Arcadis announces nominations for Supervisory Board Dutch engineering firm Arcadis announced that Mr. Niek Hoek, has been nominated for a position on its Supervisory Board at the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 7, 2013. Mr. Hoek will fill the vacancy that arose by the untimely death of Mr. Gerrit Ybema. The company also announced that Mr. Zack Smith, has been nominated for appointment on its Executive Board. Mr. Smith will succeed Mr. Steven Blake, member of the Executive Board and CEO of Arcadis US who has chosen to retire at the end of his current term. As Executive Board member Mr. Smith will also assume responsibility for Latin America. The roles of Mr. Blake will be split, creating a separate position of CEO for Arcadis US for which Mr. Gary Coates will be appointed to succeed Mr. Blake as of May 31, 2013.
