| BAM strengthens asset management services in UK BAM Construct UK Ltd, an operating company of Royal BAM Group nv, has acquired facilities management services provider Sutton Group Ltd and its subsidiary Sutton Maintenance Ltd. The acquisition of Sutton Group is expected to contribute approximately €16 million (£13 million) to BAM's turnover from its facilities management activities and will increase the number of employees by more than one hundred. The company was established in 1978 and operates from four locations: London, Luton, Manchester and Glasgow.
