| Leighton Contractors to build Esso Highlands Ltd office facilities in PNG Leighton Contractors' Papua New Guinea (PNG) operations, Leighton PNG, has been awarded a circa $200 million contract to construct Esso Highlands Limited's permanent head office in Port Moresby, PNG. Construction will commence in 2013, with an expected peak workforce of 360, comprising approximately 80 percent local industry.
