| Morgan Sindall announces new appointment Morgan Sindall announced the appointment of Steve Crummett as Finance Director with effect from 25 February 2013. Current Finance Director, David Mulligan, has indicated that, after fifteen years with the Group, he would like to step down from his current role to pursue new challenges and, with the appointment of Steve Crummett, he will be leaving the Group on 10 April 2013 following a handover period. Steve Crummett was most recently the Group Finance Director at Filtrona plc, a position he held from 2008. Prior to Filtrona, Steve held senior positions in a number of listed companies including Exel plc, Mckechnie plc and Logica plc. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen.
