| Brookfield Multiplex to be involved in Nathani Heights project Brookfield Multiplex has secured its third commission in India, working in a Technical Advisory Role on the 72-storey Nathani Heights residential tower in south Mumbai. The project is located in a very congested area of south Mumbai adjacent to Central Mumbai station. The building form comprises a broad base podium with one basement, three floors of retail, five floors as parking and the 8th floor is a recreational level. The longer length of the tower is oriented in the east to west direction, with all apartments having views to the Arabian Sea. The building is very slender in nature with a slenderness ratio 1:12. The slender rectangular tower of width around 20m and length around 60 m starts from the 9th floor and continues to the 72nd floor with a feature crown on top of the building. Amenities such as club house, swimming pool, gymnasium, spa and cafeteria are provided on the 8th, 39th and 40th floors. Brookfield Multiplex will be working closely with Gammon India, who have been appointed as the Civil Contractor delivering the civil and architectural works. Gammon India is a listed entity on the Bombay Stock Exchange with over 100 years experience delivering landmark projects such as the Gateway to India in Mumbai which was constructed in 1911.
