| Howard S. Wright wins $54 million in senior housing projects Columbia Pacific Advisors selected Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, as the construction manager for several senior housing projects. The projects span multiple states, including Ohio, Massachusetts, Florida and Washington and total $54 million in value across four projects. Each project will consist of a two-story 90,000 square foot living and memory care facility that will house 100 beds. The assisted living units are a mix of studios and multi-room suites with kitchens, and the memory/enhanced units are a mix of private and semi-private with shared bath suites.
