| Astaldi to build the new offices of Rome's municipal authority Italian construction group Astaldi has been assigned the project finance contract to construct and manage "Campidoglio 2", the new offices of Rome's municipal authority. The contract involves the final and executive design, construction, maintenance and management of an offices complex located in Rome's Ostiense district. The value of the works to be performed stands at EUR 145 million. An annual fee of EUR 15 million for maintenance and management activities will be paid for the complete duration of the concession equal to 25 years starting from the completion of the works. Works are planned to commence in 2013, and will last for approximately 3 years.
