| Hochtief to rebuild passenger terminal of Chopin Airport in Warsaw The consortium of Hochtief Polska and Hochtief Solutions started rebuilding and modernization of T1 passenger terminal of the Chopin Airport in Warsaw. The investor of the project is PP Porty Lotnicze, Polish state-owned airport operator. The net project value is approx. 77, 7 million Euro. The completion date of the project is set for the end of 2014. The scope of the contract covers partial demolition of the T1 Terminal, its reconstruction, modernization as well as integration with T2 Terminal. The project includes also the rebuilding of airport office space. The consortium will also deliver a baggage handling system (BHS) and construct 60 meter long tunnel linking terminal and railway station. Upon the completion of construction work, the investment will result in a high-standard, coherent architectural, technical and functional complex. Hochtief subsidiaries completed expansion of the Chopin Airport in the summer of 2011.
