| BAM Nuttall announces new management appointments The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has appointed Mr R.A.E. James as a director of BAM Nuttall Ltd, with effect from 1 October 2012. Robert James is currently commercial director at BAM Nuttall Ltd. With effect from the same date the management of BAM Nuttall Ltd will consist of Mr S. Fox, chairman, Mr D. Belsham, Mr R. James, Mr G. Renshaw and Mr R. Treadgold. The Board also announces that Mr R.
