| Aecom wins additional contract from Omran Omran, the tourism development company set up by the government of Oman, has awarded Aecom a commission contract for the cost management of a 300-bed, four-star hotel at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre precinct in Muscat, Oman. Located in Muscat, the center hosts international, regional and national conventions, exhibitions and business events. Features include a 3,200-seat, tiered auditorium and more than 22,000 square meters (236,806 square feet) of exhibition space. The precinct will house two business parks, an additional three hotels, a shopping complex and a number of residential properties. The contract is worth approximately US$1.1 million and begins immediately.
