| Impregilo to re-focus on core business Italy's biggest builder Impregilo confirms the project to re-focus the group on its core businesses—construction/general contracting—in order to achieve world leadership among the major international players in the large works market. Consistent with this strategy, activities necessary to formulate a new strategic plan have been undertaken. Impregilo also instituted a Corporate Governance Advisory Board, whose members include Francesco Carbonetti, a lawyer and professor of Commercial Law at Rome's Luiss University, who will function as coordinator, as well as the independent directors Marina Brogi and Giuseppina Capaldo.
