| Aker Solutions wins drilling riser contract  Norway-based Aker Solutions has won a contract to deliver a deepwater drilling riser system to Atwood Oceanics, the drilling operator. The contract value is undisclosed. The deepwater drilling riser system will be manufactured and delivered from Aker Solutions' manufacturing plant in Port Klang, Malaysia.The drilling riser system is scheduled to be delivered in the autumn of 2013. Aker Solutions has previously delivered risers to the Atwood Osprey and Atwood Condor drilling units. Another two drilling riser systems are currently being produced for the Atwood Advantage and Atwood Achiever units.
