| KONE won an order for the Suning Rui City high rise in Nanjing, China Finnish lift and escalator maker Kone has won an order to deliver 54 elevators to the Suning Rui City phase E07 high-rise development in Nanjing, China. The mixed use complex with an area of 150,000 square meters will house a luxury hotel, as well as office, and retail space. Suning Rui City phase E07 is located close to Nanjing's top commercial center and local famous landmarks. Kone will deliver 46 Kone MiniSpace 8 eight Kone MonoSpace elevators. A traffic monitoring system, Kone E-Link, will help the facility managers ensure a high level of service for vertical transportation in the 230-meter-high tower and in the seven-story podium of which three stories serve as an underground car park. Developed by Suning Real Estate, the project has been designed by local architect Nanjing Changjiang Urban Architectural Design Co., Ltd. The main contractor of Suning Rui City is China Construction First Building Group Corp. Ltd.
