| Harrie Noy Commander in the order of Orange-Nassau  Bestowed by Her Majesty the Queen of the Netherlands, Harrie Noy, CEO of Dutch design giant Arcadis up to May 16th 2012, was made Commander in the order of Orange-Nassau. During the celebrations on the occasion of his departure last Wednesday, Clemens Cornielje, Commissioner for the Queen in the Province of Gelderland, of which Arnhem is the capital presented him with this high decoration.Harrie Noy was also made Honorary Member of the Dutch association of consulting engineers (the first person to receive this honor in twenty years time).
