| NCC to start the third phase of Alberga Business Park in Finland Sweden-based NCC Property Development starts the development of a third office building in the established Alberga Business Park in Espoo, Finland. This new phase comprises approximately 5,500 square meters. The first phase of Alberga Business Park developed by NCC Property Development was completed in December 2011. It is fully let and sold to Union Investment. The second phase is under construction and currently has a letting ratio of 65 per cent. This phase will be completed in October 2012. Now the development of a third phase is starting, comprising approximately 5,000 square meters of leasable office space and some 500 square meters common surfaces, such as restaurant, lobby, conference facilities etc. Alberga Business Park total office space is thus estimated to 30,000 square meters of leasable office space. The turnkey contractor is NCC Construction and the building is scheduled for completion in the end of June 2013. The Alberga Business Park is situated in Espoo, in the capital area of Finland. It has an excellent location situated by the side of Ring Road I, close to the commuter train station as well as one of the biggest shopping centres in Finland.
