| Alstom’s contribution to Bouygues’ 1Q and 2Q 2012 net profit Alstom reported results for its full year 2011/12 ended on 31 March 2012. On the basis of this information and given the difference between the end of the financial years of Alstom (31 March) and Bouygues (31 December), Alstom's contribution to Bouygues' net profit in the first quarter 2012 stood at €58 million versus €23 million in the first quarter 2011. On the basis of currently available information, Alstom's contribution to Bouygues' net profit in the second quarter 2012 is estimated at €57 million versus €71 million in the second quarter 2011.
