| Anne-Marie Idrac is appointed director of Bouygues The Combined Annual General Meeting of 26 April 2012, with Martin Bouygues in the chair, has approved the appointment of Anne-Marie Idrac to Bouygues' Board of Directors for a term of three years. Anne-Marie Idrac was previously Secretary of State for Transport, Chairwoman and CEO of the RATP (the Paris public transport authority), Chairwoman and CEO of the SNCF (French state railways) as well as Secretary of State for Foreign Trade.
