| Tebodin sold by BAM to Bilfinger Berger Royal BAM Group nv, a major European construction-services business with headquarters in Bunnik, Netherlands, has sold consultancy and engineering firm Tebodin to German construction giant Bilfinger Berger. The transaction, announced on 29 February, has now been closed. With this transaction BAM is taking further steps in line with the Group's strategic agenda to increase the focus on its core business activities and to strengthen its financial position. As announced, the transaction results in a profit contribution of approximately €65 million in 2012.
