| Skanska to build State-of-the-Art facility in USA Swedish construction and civil engineering group Skanska, in a 50/50 joint venture with DPR Construction, has been selected as the construction manager for a 2.8 million square foot, about 260 000 square meter, state-of-the-art research and development facility for a client in the U.S. The initial contract amount is USD 256 M. The 50 percent share for Skanska is USD 128 M, about SEK 860 M, and has been included in the order bookings for the first quarter 2012. Skanska anticipates amendments to the contract as additional phases and associated prices are agreed to.
