| Impregilo reports 2011 results Italy's biggest builder Impregilo reported positive earnings figures for financial year 2011 and growth with respect to 2010. Group aggregate net sales were € 2,107.9 million (2010: € 2,062.3 million). The figure, of which € 1,650 million (78% of the total) from sales outside Italy, arose in particular from growth in the Infrastructures sector, which reported a 9.7% increase in volumes against 2010. Consolidated EBIT was positive at € 225.9 million (€ 223.8 million) with an overall Return on Sales of 10.7% (10.9%). The result reflected positive contributions from Infrastructures for € 161.5 million (RoS 10.0%) and Concessions for € 95.0 million (RoS 38.6%). Engineering & Plant reported negative EBIT of € 40.0 million (negative EBIT of € 37.0 million in 2010). Financial operations and equity investments generated a net loss of € 76.3 million compared with a net loss of € 73.8 million in 2010. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent amounted to € 177.4 million (€ 128.4 million including the non-recurring income from the partial sale of the Brazilian subsidiary Elog and the sale of the Argentinean concession Caminos de La Sierras). Net debt at 31 December 2011 was € 527.1 million compared with net debt of € 313.4 million at 31 December 2010 and € 596.0 million at 30 September 2011. Orders acquired in 2011 amounted to € 8, 164.1 million.
