Home Buyer Show to set barometer for current state of the WA property market

The property industry will get a true indication as to the state of the market this weekend when almost 100 exhibitors at the Home Buyer & Property Investor Show prepare to meet over 3,000 active buyers face-to-face, most with an average budget of around $450,000 to $500,000.

With property prices softening for the first time in years and the Reserve Bank holding interest rates again last week, organisers of the largest property education event in the country expect a record turnout at the Perth Exhibition Centre this Saturday and Sunday.

With so many different messages being conveyed throughout the media regarding the property market, many buyers often experience information overload and don't know where to start.

The event aims to cut-through all the chatter by providing a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with the most successful and trusted property experts in the country.

Event Management International organise the event nationally and CEO Jason Humphris is expecting a record turnout, as people seek out reliable advice from many of Australia's most trusted, experienced and independent property experts.

The event also presents a major exhibition with almost 100 exhibitors, so visitors will be able to see, compare and buy all the latest homes, apartments, house & land packages, home loans, agents, tax and insurance agents.

Representatives will also be on hand from government and independent association groups such as the Real Estate Institute of WA, Property Investment Professionals of Australia, and the Australian Shareholders Association.
