| Leasing of NCC’s eco-smart premises at Gothenburg-Ullevi popular NCC Property Development has now concluded leases on nearly 70 percent of the floor space at Ullevigatan 17–19, its new, environmentally compatible property. Moveup, Bygglogistik, 7-Eleven and Sodexo are the latest additions to the list of tenants. The tenants that have already signed leases are the consultancy WSP, the recruitment company Moveup, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's regional office, Bygglogistik, 7-eleven and the service supplier Sodexo. Sodexo will develop a new concept featuring a restaurant, services, a café and conference facilities. The Ullevigatan 17–19 property is located by the approach route to Gothenburg, next to the city's arenas and event zone. The location is visible and central, with Gothenburg Central Station a walking distance away. Leasable floor space in the property totals 14,000 square meters. Ullevigatan 17–19 will be a Green Building property and be environmentally classified at the Very Good level, in accordance with the international environmental classification system BREEAM.
