| Hochtief Aktiengesellschaft announces Executive Board changes Dr.-Ing. Martin Rohr (56), member of the Executive Board of Hochtief Aktiengesellschaft, has made use of his contractual special right of termination. He will leave the Executive Board at the end of the year. This step is motivated by Dr. Rohr's personal plans for the future. Until a new Chief Operating Officer (COO) has been appointed, Dr. Rohr's responsibilities will be taken over by Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Peter Sassenfeld. A decision regarding the succession will be taken shortly. Dr. Rohr has been working for Hochtief since 1994 and has been a member of the Executive Board of Hochtief Aktiengesellschaft since June 2004. He is responsible for the Hochtief Americas division and for the Hochtief AirPort company. His employment contract was the last one still to include a change-of-control clause.
