| Skanska sells green office in Lund, Sweden  Skanska is selling the office property Forskaren 3 in Lund, Sweden, for SEK 310 M. The buyer is Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.Forskaren 3 comprises two buildings that were completed in 2009 and has a total area of approximately 11,000 square meters. The buildings were designed by Tema architect firm and comprise Lund's first property constructed in accordance with the EU GreenBuilding program. The property is fully leased to software company QlikTech International. Skanska Commercial Development Nordic initiates and develops property projects in offices, logistics, business premises and commercial buildings.
