| Skanska to build shopping mall and apartments in Sandnes, Norway Swedish construction giant Skanska has secured the assignment to build a large shopping mall and 131 apartments in Sandnes, Rogaland, Norway. The contract value amounts to NOK 553 M, about SEK 640 M. Customer is Vågsgaten 16 AS. Skanska is to build a 45,000 square meter commercial and residential building in central Sandnes. The contract covers construction of 14,000 square meters of parking spaces on two floors below ground, a 20,000 square meter shopping mall and 131 apartments.
