| Jacobs, INCOSE sign systems engineering certification agreement Pasadena construction giant Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced that it has signed an agreement with the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) that allows Jacobs to leverage the INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) program. Through the terms of this agreement, Jacobs and INCOSE are collaborating in certifying appropriately experienced Jacobs systems engineers. INCOSE is a not-for-profit professional organization serving about 8, 000 members in more than 22 countries to develop and disseminate the interdisciplinary principles and practices that enable the realization of successful systems. Its mission is to share, promote and advance the best of systems engineering from across the globe for the benefit of humanity and the planet.
