Compact, ride-on scrubber-drier

Hako has extended its ride-on scrubber-drier product range with a new product family, namely the vehicles in the Hakomatic B 115 R production series, developed for the efficient wet cleaning of large areas. These new ride-on vehicles combine the manoeuvrability and convenience of its predecessor series, the Hakomatic B 650R/B 750 R, with numerous further developments and additional functions. Depending on the flooring and degree of dirt, you can select between models equipped with disk or cylindrical brushes. As a result of the narrow, compact design and brush heads projecting on both sides, the operator has an excellent view of the working area.

The Hakomatic B 115 R disk brush (TB) is available fitted with a 65, 75 or 90 cm wide disk brush unit, enabling an area coverage of up to 5,800 m²/h. The new disk brush heads are driven by two independent drive motors, the brush pressure can be adjusted.

The disk brushes are equipped with a water retaining system, Hako AquaStop, which saves both water and cleaning agent. All the disk brush models are provided with a brush release mechanism which enables brushes to be changed more cleanly, easily and quickly. In addition, the removable side deflectors simplify changing the brushes even more.

The Hakomatic B 115 R cylindrical brush (WB) is available fitted with a 70 or 85 cm wide cylindrical brush unit, enabling an area coverage of up to 5,500 m²/h. Cylindrical brushes are particularly suited for work on structured floors or tiled floors with joints, ensuring thorough cleaning and can also sweep up coarser dirt and debris.

Various battery systems are available for the new Hakomatic B 115 R models, the on-board charger is a standard feature of this vehicle series (stationary for TB 650). The convenient, ergonomic cockpit on the Hakomatic B 115 R models is equipped with a newly developed seat console. Climbing on and off are easy and the operator is also provided with additional storage space. The operating panel has an LC display for a clearer view of the indicators. An intelligent service indicator alerts operators in good time in respect of maintenance and service schedules to be observed, thus contributing to a long service life and long availability of the vehicle. A new diagnosis interface enables Hako Service laptops to be connected for use.
