| Three days in the Heat Pump City Nürnberg  The European Heat Pump Summit 2011 – powered by Chillventa, the 9th Heat Pump Forum and the Symposium on Air-Air Heat Pumps for Commercial Property made the Franconian metropolis Nürnberg the Heat Pump City once again from 27–29 September. Some 450 participants, one-third of them from abroad, 83 top presentations and 25 key players from the sector at the accompanying Foyer Expo reflected the entire spectrum of heat pumps.Innovative technical solutions, political framework, applications in residential and industrial buildings, and global information on research and development were the topics intensively discussed by the heat pump professionals this year. The conference papers were even more international in 2011. "Nürnberg's reputation as Heat Pump City has been confirmed again this year. We are particularly pleased about the large share of international guests. This tells us our concept is right, " says Richard Krowoza, Member of the Management Board of NürnbergMesse, commenting on the high level of acceptance in the sector. Heat pumps also play a major role in their own hall at Chillventa 2012, the International Trade Fair for Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Heat Pumps from 9–11 October 2012.
